Sanja is a vibrant performer, educator, music coach, and content creator who transforms life experiences into compelling musical narratives.
Known for her stunning tone and seductive musicality, her artistry has been widely praised by audiences and legendary figures alike. As Zubin Mehta noted: “Sanja’s musical depth and lovely tone inspire her colleagues and transcend the entire orchestra.” At his invitation, she performed as guest principal oboe on the Maestro’s final three summer tours with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
A dedicated champion of contemporary repertoire, Sanja’s landmark collaboration with composer Nimrod Borenstein resulted in the oboe concerto Légende. Commissioned by Sanja and supported by Buffet Crampon, the work was released in March 2026 by SOMM Recordings and the English Chamber Orchestra.
As a soloist, her recent engagements include performances of the Vaughan Williams, Mozart, Hidas, and Cimarosa concertos with the Belgrade Philharmonic, Macedonian Philharmonic, Vojvodina Symphony, and the Al Bustan Festival in Beirut.
